It says I declined?

I emailed College Recruiting about it, but when I went to log-in for Summer Alumni, it says I declined the offer and I didn't. It says on my letter I have until
April 19th to accept or decline.

I did get accepted for Spring 09 but I couldn't do it so that's the last time I logged in to decline an offer. I'm thinking they gave me the same password as the last time and that's why it comes up as declined but I'm not sure.

I would also email tech support too. I applied for Spring last time too and couldn't do it and when I first logged in it still had spring.
