Im so glad they moved you! =) We had a similar experience at CBR last year and they moved us with no problem....one of the many reasons we enjoyed CBR so much!

Not if you're lucky. When we stayed at ASMu in '00 (my first time on property), we checked in about 11:30 pm. The first room they gave us had been used! A couple cups in the garbage and a couple used towels. So when I say this stuff happens to us, this stuff happens to us.

How did you find your room? Were there any other issues? After all of the posts knocking the Poly lately, I'm curious as to what kind of experience you had.

Our room was great. They are so big and with a new crawler, we were glad to have stretch out space after a day in the stroller.

My only "issue" is that on our first full day (Sunday) our room didn't get cleaned. We got back for a nap around 1 and not clean. We went to the pool. We checked in with one housekeeper to tell her we were going to the pool. She told us she was not cleaning our room and if she was it would already be clean. It was more a knock on our housekeeper than us. Then back again around 2, still not clean. At this point we called housekeeping and asked that they not come again until after 5, since we had ADRs anyway. All that happened was beds made, new towels, and empty garbage. But she still received her tip.

The next day we were clean when we got back about 11:30 am, with a huge towel elephant. Our housekeeping was fine the rest of the time. I think Sunday is a huge turnover day and she had a lot of sheets to change, rather than just make the bed.

Also, Tokelau does NOT have two sinks. That was on some other thread....just FYI. And not a big mirror either that two could still get ready (one shave, one makeup, etc). But clean, big, and wonderful.......

I'm happy the issue got resolved in a timely manner! We had a similar issue with our room and it was corrected quickly. Just some Disney magic!
