It me again sharing some info-- Air travel (Germs)

It is me again. I thought I would share this too.

It is an air filter for the plane. It cost like 8 bucks and works for 4 flights. I just bought one, but I have not used it yet. We thought we would try it out..... Anything to try and stay healthy... when you are in on a plane!!! LOL

This company also sales earplanes for children and adults. We love the earplanes, so I hope we like this as well

Awesome! I hope they work. I hate the thought of what is in that air. However, you are breathing the air all around you, so I doubt they would be too much protection.

One tip I heard was not to use the air vent at all so that is what we do. My MIL used airborn last trip and still got her usuall flying cold!

I make sure we follow our regular regiment of vitamins and eating healthy prior to and during vacation ( as much as we can). I also don't drink anything on the aircraft made from water (coffee or tea) and stick with the prepackaged stuff or bring my own.

I make sure my kids are diligent hand washers and have them wash with soap and water prior to and just after a flight.
