IT Manager should be worried about his job!!

The IT Manager for the reservation department should probably be looking for another job. I've been trying to get a quote online for the last couple of days, and keep getting the "oops.. Our reservation engine is down for maintenance"...
This has to be costing Disney millions, not to mention a few of my nerves.

I told my husband his company should work for Disney (he's a computer consultant) cause they definately need help. I finally got things taken care of yesterday after almost 2 hours on the phone because the system was sooo bad but at least it was up.

I was also getting a message of high volume and then noticed a "click here" link for further info and was able to get all my quotes. I've been online several tomes since with no problem. Try again and look below that message.

Needless to say I was not at all impressed with their packages. Quotes were much higher than what I currently have.

I don't think the official disney site is very professional. It is impossible to find anything with a search and it is difficult to navigate. I wonder why.

I AGREE!!! The official site is VERY hard to navigate!! The only thing I like about it is the MUSIC!!!

LOL, I have been saying that for years. The official disney website is and always has been horrible. There is no method to the magic and navigating is a nightmare.
