I get this feeling like I don't want people thinking of me being 'sluty', especially of all places Disney. I think the reason I get like that at Disney is because it's more of a family place, like younger kids family, and from my personal experiences, there's a lot more younger kids and their parents than older kids, teenagers, and their parents at the hotel pools. So I don't want these parents thinking like, oh that girl has to be so 'sluty', it must be a teenage thing. And especially if there's no one your age around, I don't want them just make generalizations. Idk, this is all based on personal feelings and experiences.

I have the same problem. I hate two-pieces. I'd rather just wear a t-shirt and shorts. Even if I wear a one piece I wear a t-shirt over it. I just hate swimsuits. I can't even swim!

I'm afraid of the old men and the twenty something guys, even if I know they probably wouldn't try anything.. but still...
Other than that I'm pretty well fine.
I can't wear a full piece though, they're too tight and I'm under the impression they highlight my fat.

One peices are wayyyy scarier than bikinis.
They flatten desirable areas and fill out undesirable areas.

I'm not totally comfortable in a bikini most of the time though. I usually like to have a tank top or something overtop.
I'm bigger on top, and my bikini tops don't fit perfectly...

I feel uncomfortable around my mom in a bikini and around strangers. I don't really feel bad about my body it's just, like you said, an exposed feeling that I don't feel comfortable with. I just hurry up and get in the pool or wherever I'm going to...unless I'm laying out.

I wear one-pieces because I am no where near "bikini" fit, but I do wear boardshorts (you can get them at pac sun and other places) because they make me feel less exposed. It's like I'm still wearing shorts, but I can still go swimming so I feel less nekkid.

These are the ones I'm planning on getting this summer.

Lots of girls are not comfortable enough with their body to freely walk around in a bikini.
