well we have been again tonight and he has been moved from the cardiology ward on to normal ward, he is very mentally well but chronically ill, with kidneys, lungs , he turned around to his daughter tonight and pointed to me and said "she's a good girl to me" to which i replied "your not my father in law your my dad" heartbreaking this is.

It is such a horrible time that I know alot of families go through everyday, but it is very hard to accept and handle and try and carry on with life as normal for his grandchildrens sake who absolutely adore him. they range from 25 yrs to 16 yrs oh and little max the great grandson who is 4.
I have no-one to talk to apart from my sister who is brilliant, so I really do thank people who have suported me and helped me on this thread as it does mean so much to me, you'll never know how much.I thankyou all i wish i could say that face to face with all of you.
