I got a wild hair last week to add California Grill to our reservations and of course nothing was available. I checked online several times per day and today a good time came up!! So keep trying for the reservations you want. They can come available.

Ditto. I asked a birthday celebrant where he wanted to go on his big day and he said, of course, California Grill. Yeah. Right. Thanks for giving me two weeks' notice. Within a week I had a 9:30 ressie, and then a few days later a 5:45 popped up. Grabbed that and tossed the other one back. A bit early, but I just won't show up super early and with the anticipated wait, we should land a table at the perfect dinner hour.
