So, not a good start to my 2 week countdown today!
First the handle on one of the cases has broken (gaffa tape to the rescue!)
Then my DD2 has just been diagnosed with hand, foot & mouth!!!
OMG, what would have happened if we had been going today?!
Visions of us being quarantined at MCO. Lol

So im just waiting for the 3rd disaster.:hourglass

Don't stress about hand, foot and mouth, it's a very common childhood virus and 10 other children could be on that plane whose blisters haven't yet appeared. I would always advise my parents to fly with their child ( I own a nursery ) because usually it's very mild and the rash unnoticeable to others - however it does spread like wildfire. The environmental health agency advice nurseries against exclusion - so if they can be in nursery, they can be on a plane

Thanks for that info, she only has a few blisters on her finger and one on her tongue. I've taken her back to play group, where she probably caught it!
