So I was looking at my free dining email from Disney Visa and it states that you cannot book a Value or Moderate resort during the time frame November 9-14. You can just book Deluxe and Villas. Anyone book a value or moderate for this time frame?

Please tell me this is not true! I may throw a real full blown Disney fit!

You appear to be correct. I didn't pay much attention to the Disney Visa offer as I already had the free dining via an earlier pin code. But I just went on to the Disney Visa website and saw the offer and you appear to be correct, your time frame looks to be blacked out. What also seems odd is that the text of the offer lists all the dates that its good for, including a September date, but lower in the offer where they break it down by value/mod/deluxe it appears that September is blacked out too. Why include it if you are blacking it out?

Have you actually tried to book your dates with the DV offer? Or are you just assuming its blacked out? Maybe worth a call.

A general public offer is supposed to come out tomorrow, so you might be able to snag your dates that way instead of thru the DV offer.

I had an existing vacation package already booked for Nov 11 thru Nov 17. I had a standard view room at POR. I called yesterday and just mumbled Disney Visa and free dining. The rep stated only garden view was available for the code, so i bumped up a room level and got free dining applied.

People have been booking them for those dates with the Visa promo all week. No worries.

I think it may be confusing some people b/c of Disney's inaccurate advertising, lol. Take a look at this page from their website for the GP offer. The dates right under the wording "for arrival most nights" is different than the dates that are included in the little boxes below that. Very confusing!

We booked Pop for 11/10-11/19 with the Visa FD offer. The only thing blacked out is the LM rooms at AoA.
