Yes, that happened to us late this afternoon. We tried again without success so called MS. Fortunately we were trying to book our home for February so there wasn't any issue of losing our reservation!

Yes Online Booking has been down - I got this last night 4/28 at 5pm. Still down this morning 4/29 as I post. Of course absolutely NO information saying they are down.

Yup -I'm on phone with member services now - heavy call volume. It seems like this new website has lots of problems. When they first rolled it out I had to tell them their email reservations were missing information and not like the prior ones.
