Issues With Online Check-In

I'm trying to do my online check in for my upcoming trip which is a split stay. I can do the online check in for the first resort just fine, but when I try to do it for the second resort, it shows the same room requests and they are already selected as well as the times for my arrival and departure. If I click through to complete the online check in, it says that I am checked into the first resort only. If I look back at my reservations, it still shows that the check in for the second resort has not been completed. Any ideas as to why it is doing this or what can be done to fix it, or am I just going to have to check in at the resort when I arrive (adding to the LONG list of tech issues I have had with Disney PRIOR to the start of my trip)?

Are you trying to do it on your computer or a mobile device? No find the MDE on my tablet is occas glitchy. So I prefer doing this stuff on the full site. Sometimes waiting a few days will help. If it doesn't rectify itself you may have to phone Tec support!

Definitely on my computer! I would NEVER try from my phone unless it was my last resort. I NEVER use the app for anything either, don't even have it installed on my phone.

Yes. We are within 30 days of the second stay....there is a link there to do the online check in, just won't let me actually get through it.
