Issues with My Disney Experience

A week tomorrow til we are off and my disney experience is down for me for the last two days. I think i updated it but can't remember and now can't access any of my plans or bookings. Have tried on two different phones (both android), tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Everything is still there when i use a computer though.

Anyone have any advice please?
 
Log in using a web browser and not the app.
 
But i won't be able to get a boarding pass for RoR doing that.

Does the Star Wars/RotR splash screen not show up? Are you logged in in the app? I would think it would still let you join a BG event if the app is being glitchy about your plans (depends on the glitch though, I guess).

Try practicing to get a Boarding Group at home at 8am each day. It should let you get to the final step but will give you an error at the end since you’re not in the park. If you can successfully get to that part, you should be good.
 

You could try to uninstall and reinstall the app as well. Although, if you have tried with 2 different phones....
