I tried to use the app this morning for the first time and found out there are a few issues with it. After putting in our reservation number it came up with DS down as a child despite being 13 now, but omitted to name him , and put DH in twice! The dining plan was incorrect too ,
now I'm going to have to call the USA number to get it corrected at lunch time. Wish me luck, I really need some Pixie Dust to get this resolved. I sincerely hope this doesn't happen with the wrist bands when we check in,just maybe they will get all the "teething problems" sorted out before we go. I could understand DS being classed as a child for room occupancy but not for dining or tickets. If this is soon corrected I can look forward to using the app which I can't do at the moment as it says my info is incorrect mmm... something must have happened in the data transfer or something since my invoice details are all correct.
