Issues Placing Onboard Gift Order

For the past few weeks whenever I have tried to place an order in the "onboard gifts" section on both the website and through the app I end up with the page with the 7 dwarves. Is anyone else having issues with this? Is there an alternate way to place an order for "onboard gifts"? I have done it in the past without a problem, but don't know what's going on.

I was going to suggest you call in your order, but now the Destiny bookings are possibly going to mean long waits on hold.

I had the same issue trying to add tips to my March 2025 Treasure cruise! I eventually just called in and did it; seems like a lot of 2025 web related stuff isn't working properly at the moment.

This. We’re in the U.K. and always book in GBP. All onboard gifts have to be done over the phone.

I cleared my cookies and I paid in USD. So I am not sure what the heck is going on. I guess I will go ahead and just call DCL. Thanks for the advice everyone.
