So I bought (4) 9 day park hopping tickets last week - that gave me 2 extra days - a total of 11 park hopping days for our summer trip. Tonight I was making our park reservations and when I got to the last 2 days I was unable to reserve a park for those two days. I got a pop up saying park pass limit reached. I only reserved 9 days - should be able to reserve the 2 extra days - but can't.

Has this happened to anyone else? Did you get it resolved with minimal "pain". I will be calling Disney again tomorrow to get this problem fixed. Hopefully.

Regular WDW tickets are maxed at 10 days - as in you can't purchase an 11-day ticket (2020 was limited to 7-days). That might carry as a limit for park reservations but I don't know. Can you see that you have an 11-day ticket? I've honestly not heard of such a thing, or are you just assuming that since you included a 9-day in your reservation that you got 11? I think you are going to have to call and sort out your ticket.

Double Check your tickets. It's much more likely that you have a 9-day ticket, but you paid the price of a 7-day ticket. As others have mentioned, tickets max out at 10 days.

Yep. We booked with this deal and this is how it works. We bought a 5-day ticket but only paid the price of a 3-day ticket: hence, two days free. You have a nine day ticket for the price of 7. Frankly, you are probably much better off with a room discount rather than the ticket deal with that many nights.

that is exactly what they told me I booked and paid for. But that is not what is showing up in MDE

We are DVC and staying for 11 nights. We wanted tickets and were told we were paying for tickets for 11 nights (9 paid and 2 free)

What do your tickets say in MDE?

Sounds like you will need to call to straighten it out.

But did you actually pay for 9-day tickets? You can easily check the price online to confirm. It sounds like you probably paid for 7 and got 2 free. Sorry it ended up confusing; I think you'll need to call to sort it out.

Turns out - no. Even though I verified I had 9 day tickets with 2 extra days several times. I didn't. So now I am on hold - yet again waiting for a ticketing specialist to answer so I can upgrade. I just passed 2 hours and 20 minutes with only 5 minutes of that actually talking to someone before they transferred me to queue for a ticketing specialist. I am smiling through clenched teeth. Telling myself this will all be worth it in the end. We will be back in our happy place.

Yeah, it is kind of a poorly phrased offer. The offer calls it "2 extra days" but what they really mean is "2 free days." Sadly, I don't think anyone is going to be able to help you get an 11 day ticket because 11 day tickets do not exist at present--the max is 10 days.

I agree with @MomOTwins. I don't think they will be able to get you 11 day tickets. But you could pay for 8 and get 10. Have a relaxing break day!

It is all sorted. I didn't get the 11th day - but Disney sprinkled me with some pixie dust and it all worked out. After being on hold for THREE hours. :crazy2:
