Issues logging in?

Anyone else having trouble. I have for the last 2 days.

I just tried and got right in. I use Crome, have had problems in the past with I.E.

I didn't look at the accounting pages, just the availability page and my home page. They did have an extra day off this week, often they do updates with the extra day. May take longer for them to get everything fixed.

Try clearing browser history and cookies.

If your not familiar, in the upper right corner across from the 'log in line' see 3 bars, click this , select more tools, click clear browser history, check the cookies and other site plus in data.

You have experienced the current quality of Disney"s website(s) Perhaps, one day, they will have functioning Business Sites. TODAY is not that day.

Sorry been away,,,finally did get logged in,,,there IT had to reset the password twice,,,no reason as to why it wasnt working.

I had to call them and have them reset my password. Good luck

From the log in screen, put in your user name and select Forgot Password, this will allow you to select a new password. Once you get logged in you can change it back to what you liked before.

I was getting that today too. The work around for that is to log into MDE. Then go to the bottom of the page and select the link to "Disney Vacation Club". Since you are already logged into the MDE Disney site you will be logged into the member website.

I couldn't log in yesterday all day from my desktop....tried both my account and my husband's. I could login from my Ipad. I cleaned my cookies and did a restart. Still couldn't log in from my desktop. Got up this morning and everything is fine now. Guess it was a Disney issues....surprise!

Thanks for the tip! Logged into DCL no problem and clicked DVC link on bottom and was still logged in.
