Issues Linking BA Booking On MDE

I have booked a family holiday through BA to the Swan for May 2022 and have made 3 room bookings: i) for myself and my girlfriend ii) for my parents and iii) for my sister and nephew.

I have received one booking reference for the complete booking, but also have individual hotel confirmation numbers for each room.

When I look to link the reservations in MDE, with the booking reference, it cannot find the booking under my surname, but can find it under my sisters surname (which is different to mine) - however when it does locate the booking it only shows the one room i.e. my sisters.

I have tried using the individual hotel confirmation numbers, however MDE does not recognise those.

Has anyone else had this problem when looking to link multiple rooms under one booking reference?
