Issues getting droid to work?!

Please help! We went to Galaxys Edge (Orlando) on Tuesday and I built a BB unit. It worked fine at the shop, interacted throughout the park. When we got back to our resort it had shut off. So we did what the instructions said and it's not worked since we left Disney! I'm so bummed! My husband's works just fine, but mine seems to have, died? We replaced the batteries in the controller also, and nothing. Downloaded the Droid Depot app on our phones and nothing. We are at a loss! Can Disney do anything for us? Or anyone help with ideas??
