Yes, they have been having issues all day. I tried to make 2 reservations earlier today via their automated phone line. Both times it would go all the way through the reservation giving me times, asking my name, etc but when I had to give my credit card, I would enter my card number and then their system would say it didn't recognize what I had entered and would switch me to a CM. What I don't like is I spoke to a cast member who said my reservation was in their system even though I never got a confirmation number or finished my credit card information. They were both for credit card reservations restaurants (CP and 1900 PF) so hopefully they won't try to ding me later if the reservation wasn't fully completed, since they have my card for other ressies and on my resort confirmation on file. I spoke to a CM the second time it happened and she said she saw it and the system would not let her enter the credit card number either. She did indicate the ressie was in their system even though I had never gotten the confirmation number and she was able to given me a confirmation number for 1 of the 2, but she couldn't complete the reservation herself. Shortly after that call, their website dining reservations system went down for maintenance. Hopefully it will be rectified shortly without messing things up. I was a bit uncomfortable after the issues I ran into today.
