Issue with Grocery Delivery

I was just at BW and had a big issue getting my Walmart order (no alcohol). The driver called me and made me come get my order at the resort drop off at BW. This could have been a language barrier thing -- he didn't speak English or Spanish. I'm not sure if he was confused or BW made him. He was with the Disney greeter when I found him, the whole thing was confusing. The Disney staff didn't even attempt to help or explain. They just shrugged and said they couldn't understand him. Pretty obvious he has a trunk full of groceries with a guest's name on them.

Luckily, I was there and happened to be able to bring an empty stroller.

This has made me rethink my normal strategy to get deliveries a few hours before I arrive.
