Issue scheduling pre-cruise PCR test through safe passage?

Hello! We cruise on 11/5/21. I'm trying to schedule the pre-cruise PCR test for my two kids under 5 through safe passage at MCO. It is just stuck on processing the page after I pick a date and time for the test...it says 4 open spots. I've tried both my computer and my phone, no luck. Does anyone else have an idea of how I can book it? Anyone else having trouble?

I would call them. I heard there were some glitches lately.

Yes same thing happened to me for our 11/8 sailing. I had to call them and schedule over the phone. The next day they sent me a confirmation email.
