DH and I are not going to dress up in costumes for MNSSHP, but rather we are going to look for Halloween t-shirts to wear. I've seen where a few others here on the boards are thinking of doing the same thing, so I thought I would start a thread where we can keep each other informed about which stores have started to stock Halloween t-shirts. In particular, I am thinking of stores like Wal-Mart, Targer, and Old Navy. But if you see cute Halloween t-shirts elsewhere, please post those as well.

Thanks! pirate:

If you are ok with ordering online cafepress.com is a great site! They have all sorts of Halloween Shirts.

I bought an awesome MNSSHP t-shirt last year at the resort and wore it to our second Halloween party. I plan on wearing it again this year.

Have a great time at the party!!!

Any chance you have pictures of the t-shirt? I am in such a panic trying to figure out what to wear. Taking 10yo DN down and want to dress for party, but not a creative type at all:confused:

I just discovered this, so I thought I'd share in case others don't know about it either. There is a cool board on the DIS called Creative DISigns where people make all sorts of neat Disney designs. There is a whole thread of MNSSHP ones here:

You can print the designs out on transfer paper you buy at the store (I've seen it at Michael's and Walmart as well as ebay) and iron them on shirts. I've never really thought much of iron-on shirts, but you should see how cute they turn out! :)

Target has just started putting out their Halloween things. I bought a ladies t-shirt there for $5. They have some cute ones in either short sleeves OR long sleeves.

The men's and boys' shirts hadn't been put on display yet but they said it would be soon.

I do know that Old Navy makes some cute ones as well.

We'll be going to MNSSHP on 9/28 and won't be in costume either. :)

That's what I did! These designers are awesome and the designs are free. I bought plain t-shirts and transfer paper then printed out these designs. It averaged about $5 per t-shirt. Here are the ones I made for our upcoming trip:

And I made all sorts of t-shirts for the 4 kids on our trip. They are adorable and affordable!

Ok, I'm a bit confused, if you use transfer paper don't the designs come out backwards?

Do you flip them before the print?

Or am I just being dumb?

If you use dark t-shirt transfer paper you do not have to reverse the image. If you use light t-shirt transfer paper you do have to reverse the image. I only have dark so I don't know, but I think you somehow change the preferences on the print screen to "transfer paper" and it will reverse the image for you or there's a way to manually reverse the image. I'm sure there are directions in the package or that someone here who has used light transfer paper could help you out.
