ISO good carrot cake

Around Easter, there was a Thumper Carrot cake that my husband LOVED!! Unfortunately it disappeared after Easter passed. We will be back very soon and I was looking for a good carrot cake option for him. (He does NOT like the carrot cake cookie at Hollywood Studios starbucks.) Does anyone know of places that sell a fresh carrot cake cupcake or slice? THANKS!

Did you check Cake Bake Shop over on the Boardwalk? Think it’s a seasonal item but don’t know if the season is over or not.
