ISO - Character Ice Cream Bars

I was looking at a resale site and saw this appliqué shirt with goofy ice cream bar.

Does anyone make these in image form? The cupcakes are similar and super cute, but I'd love to make shirts with the ice cream.

If someone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. Happy to have personalization if you don't do blanks.
