ISO ... Boma's Sweet Potato Bread Pudding

I've found the bananna bread pudding all over but I can't find the sweet potato one. My sister had is last week and loved it. Does anyone have the recipe?

Thanks for the e amil Margie. It's good to be able to put a face with your post now. It was very nice meeting you also. I hate we didn't get to go to any of the other DIS meets that week. Since it was the first trip for many in our group we had a lot of ground to cover in 7 days.
