ISO, bag toppers, candy bar wrappers.

Hi there,
I know I have gotten bag toppers from someone before. Just can't remember who. I need some help,,,,please. I'm looking for someone that can do a somewhat Non Disney bag toppers for a 60's themed birthday party. When I say "somewhat", I'd like to incorporate Pop Century's "Groovy, Peace, love" bubble font and the dancing couple on the resort wall.
