Yes, Plutofan had posted that more info would be released today. I'm hoping he/she was correct- I'm waaaay too excited about the GCV for my own good!

Probably more details on GCV, Hawaii, and maybe a peak into the future of other upcoming projects and the state of DVC.

They also have cancelled the Welcome Home Wednesday thing for tomorrow at WDW. They must be schooling all the Vacation Guides on what they can tell the members about the new properties. My VG is unfortunately out of town through tommorow and leaves on the cruise ships on Saturday. She won't be back in the office until 10/26 which is my last full day at WDW. I guess I'll have to get my info & rumors from these boards until I hear from her.

When I spoke to my guide earlier this afternoon, he said that he thought some new sales incentives were about to be announced and advised holding off for a couple of days on a small purchase.

Yeah, I'm disappointed too... Now I have a bad feeling that we aren't going to get any more official info (concept art, point charts, projected completion dates, etc) until at least next January. Dang.

got told they just talked about what we already new.

nothing new.

just talked about AKV, GCV, HI - nothing mentioned about CRV. (okay I have a one track mind)

says that AKV was ahead of their target sales.
