you can get some of the stuff on Disneystore.com

Disneystore.com has a "Theme Park Merchandise" category on it.
There is also Laughing Place.com... I don't have any personal experience with LP, but I haven't heard the best things about it.
You can also call The Walt Disney World Mail Order # 1-407-363-6200 and they can ship you anything they carry in the parks.
