Isn't Age Perception a funny thing...

So in our very large group of 20, the girls will be going to CRT.

So I was asking the rest of the group if they would like to go to Chef Mickey's for breakfast. I get a response from my aunt ( on her sons and husband's behalf ) "Well they will not be going, they are older now!" (14 and 17 ), but she continues "But I can't wait to do the princesses with the girls".

It's funny, I can't wait to go to Chef Mickey's and MY OWN 17 year old son is the one who suggested it and has kept BOTHERING me until I book it! ...

It's just funny what some people think is "mature" and/or "silly" :confused3

What you say is so true. Also, Disney has a way of making us all behave a little, er ... out of character!

I love Chrystal Palace, so does DD. But I am sure that I am more excited about every reservation than she is. I keep having to remind myself that I am the adult - only to be distracted by the presence of a celebrity (like Mickey or Donald for example) and jumping around squealing like a 5 year old.

Have fun and enjoy. Life is too serious and it is great that your kids are still game to have fun. :thumbsup2 You obviously raised em good! :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Oh for sure!! We all can't wait! And yes, Speaking of Crystal Palace, DW is a huge fan of Eeyore. Then there was my then-23 year old brother:

My family and me love Chef M:cool1::banana:ickeys. No matter what age we are. I don't see age coming into play when your in DISNEY. When your in Disney everybody is a kidat heart.:thumbsup2

My DH and I are in our mid 50's and we NEVER miss Chef Mickey & Crystal Palace breakfasts. I hope you and your DS enjoy your breakfast with Mickey and the gang!

I agree that its OK to feel like a kid while at WDW--this is coming from a "grown" woman who stood in line to see Tink. My husband stood with me for over an hour to make my day special.
