Isn’t it weird that Disney…

Is doing less for the 50th anniversary then they did for their 15th anniversary?

Is in the news like every day for doing something negative (taking things away, charging for previously free things) or just stupid (that DJ)?

I made this comment to DW this evening - with all the songs Disney owns, why only have a 5 or so minute loop for hold music?
The Parks probably have to pay licensing to the other Disney component that manages the music rights.

...continues to rapidly add technology to its - well everything - from parks to streaming and between. Yet it's IT still leaves much to be desired!

(Although I say the same about Verizon because of its website, they're arguably worse than Disney!)

Right? I was just saying the same thing while fighting with AP stuff this week. They can make Pirates Shanghai or Mystic Manor and have all the awesome CGI/effects people at the MCU and SW and animation, they can track where people are in the parks, but they can't make a website that works reliably? HOW?

That Disney cancelled Star Wars Weekends to build Battu…
wasn’t HyperSpace Hoopla more fun and all the Star War Celebrities that attended and sold stuff $$&$ more profitable ?

Yes!!!!!
Those are great points. I didn't go through the AP stuff this week but felt so awful for everyone. APs should have been something that could have easily been done online easy peasy. Crazy!!!
