Has anyone tried the buffets at the Island's Dining? Would love to hear your
review and see any pics!!!:surfweb:

We did this a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. It was slightly above average buffet food, nothing special. We really enjoyed the kids room and our kids had a blast.

We have done the breakfast(sorry no pics)If you have the appet for a big break,It's well worth it(if not you can order off the menu).
As far as the FRI-SAt buffet allyou can eat crab legs is well worthit:thumbsup2

Read great comments about Breakfast Buffet at Islands, Royal Pacific...

Most say it is superior to breakfast buffet at HRH and PBH????
Find that a little strange since they are all Universal Hotels...think the breakfast buffet would almost be identical????

Anyone??????:goodvibes

We rate the breakfast buffet at HRH as the best. But they all are good. RPR has some items normally not seen like salmon and the sinfully delicious cinnamon rolls.

Never went to a Buffet at islands , but had dinner in their a couple of times last year and it was excellent.
Cinnamon rolls at RPR are Georgeous, mouth is watering just thinking about them.

Has anyone else tried the dinner Fri/Sat buffets??? Wondering what the menu is like.:confused3

We've done the breakfast buffet a few times. It's excellent. As mentioned, you can also order off the regular menu if you do not want the buffet. We make a point of having breakfast here at least once per trip, even if we are staying at one of the other resorts.

Does anyone know how much the buffet costs for breakfast

Do you need reservations?

We have had the breakfast buffett at RPR and HRH both were great but I have to give my vote to HRH for breakfast.

I've had both the breakfast and dinner buffets at Islands and rate them both excellent. I think the dinner buffet is one of the better food bargains at UO.

FWIW, each hotel's main restaurant has a different head chef, so it's reasonable to expect some differences.

it is $16.99 + tax.

i have been to the breakfast buffet at rph and hrh.

for me, the one at hrh was better.
food hotter and refilled constantly.

They are owned by the same company, but they each have their own theme, their own chefs and kitchen staffs, menus, etc. They shouldn't be confused with a fast food chain.
