I'm a little confused on the Club Level. Are we able to stay in the new Tower with access to the existing/current Club? Or are the rooms with Club Level service simply what is already available in the original buildings?

Those appear to be the existing Club Level rooms. Note that the hotel side is listed as “at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort” where the DVC villas are “at Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows”.

Based on the penthouse categories, it seems the one(s) with a balcony facing the monorail are preferred view. Doesn’t this likely mean higher floors facing the monorail will also be preferred view? Sounding similar to BLT (at least on that side of the building)

Good to see prices for longhouse standard view studios match tower stand view.

Longhouse lake view price matches tower preferred view.

Also, good to see tower studios and longhouse studios are different booking categories (no confusing where your room is when booking).

Only non-penthouse 2BRs are theme park view??? 😲

Thanks. Didn't realize there were 1 bedrooms in the original Poly.

Has anyone found a day when both the bungalow and 2 bedroom penthouse is available? I would like to see the comparison to know if the points will be close. I have checked a ton of dates but the bungalow is never available.

FYI, there are only a handful (six) hotel side suites. Those rooms you see listed as Suites - Club Level and the Honeymoon Room - Club Level on the website are in the Tonga longhouse. They don't tend to get discussed much given the low room count and relatively high price point, and until a few years ago they didn't even list them on the website (you had to call to book).

Just noticed how small the 1 bedroom main room is. Definitely CCV vibes.

Then again, we own at BLT which is huge in comparison.
Agreed. When we toured RIV, we were staying at BLT and noticeably felt the difference in size between their 1BRs.

I’m at BLT now and they shouldn’t categorize the 2nd floor as LV. It should be SV.

With this we could extrapolate that the point costs would be the same as the current point charts. Duo studios would be a few points less than the standard view studios. Now the points for the 1BR and up, get ready for that sticker shock …. 😲

I bet we see them similar to RIV, and the TPV being a bit higher.

I don’t think those are photos of what the duo’s will look like. That picture is just a picture from the deluxe studio. Exact same photo. So may not be exactly like that.
  • Great for couples: includes 1 full bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave and small refrigerator and a porch or balcony.

Interesting to see Duos in all three booking categories (at Riv there’s only one category for them because they’re all in the “Tower” part).

What’s weird… granted I only looked at a couple of dates… is there’s all three views for Duo, Studio, and 1 Bedroom, but with 2 Bedroom I only see TPV, Penthouse Preferred, and Penthouse TPV? That can’t be right can it? It’s like they haven’t or aren’t enabling lockoff 2Bs for booking?
