Last bit of news I see, I know this is THE most important thing in the world to some of you, the woman leading the walk through calls the refrigeration device in the studio a mini-fridge, and it visually appears to be one.

For 19-23 December, duo studio the price was $2,787 for a standard view. She said that this was the discounted price for DVC members and not the rack rate.
For 16-20 January 2025 the price was $1,705.

Had a duo theme park studio was 1159.88 and change per night on opening 3 days.
After learning studio was just a bit more, modified to theme park view studio 1271.54 per night for first three nights.

Thrilled as 2024 is a big anniversary year for us. The theming and touches they show for the rooms are perfect for us.

$2646.02 for Jan 7 - Jan 13 marathon weekend for a duo studio. Smaller than my previous room at WL but cheaper too. WOOT!

I just ran the numbers for a RIV tower studio for cash price...for those Dec dates...and I am getting around $2650 if you add a 25% discount for DVC....so, this could mean that the point chart for those rooms will end up similar to RIV...though RIV does not have different views....

When they open a new resort...or in this case, new inventory...they will give owners a home resort booking period before allowing all owners to book....it is really going to depend on when sales start...they won't open them to current PVB owners until they open sales for the new rooms....but, in general, I would expect a 2 month advantage for only PVB owners, and then after that, the normal 11/7 month window will apply.

When Disneyland Tower opened, they gave a 2 month window (from May 16 to July 27) where only Disneyland Tower owners could rent with their points.
