Nope.

The 3 Island Skipper Tour boats are entirely free floating and under full-control by their skippers.

In addition, the Portofino/Hard Rock/Royal Pacific boats are also free floating and are not on any track.

Yes, and sometimes they need more. Seriously, whenever there's much of a wind they have to shutdown. The wind pushes those boats sideways.
