Looking for information and recent stays at this resort. From what I have seen, it looks pretty nice but I am having trouble finding pics from actual people and not the management company.

distance to WDW isn't too important. We are very familiar with the area and know where it is. Also, we are staying for most of the winter and not actually going to the parks so that part is less of a concern anyway.

I know most of the units are owned individually and I am pleased with the infor I have received from the owner but am looking for more info on the resort facilities themselves. Pool, clubhouse, grounds, is it quiet, etc?

Are you referring to the one in Davenport? If so, haven't heard good things about it. Tripadvisor reviews aren't great either- albeit there aren't many.
Why not try Regal Palms just located before it? Great pool area and still reasonably priced. Or Bahama Bay is nice also.

Thanks. We are going for an extended time so have to bring our dog. Would love Regal Palms, but they don't allow pets. We have found somewhere else, now. Like you said, too many not so good reviews on trip advisor.
