I am a little surprised to see New Mexico at the bottom. I never hear anything bad about that state.

We are 29th, and now the state is forcing the schools to improve their scores by forcing all these proficiency exams on the kids, that neither the kids or the teachers are able to handle the load, its so frustrating.
