Is Windsor Hills Still the Newest, Closest, Offsite Place?

I haven't stayed off site in a long time. We use to stay at Windsor Hills often. Are there any newer, closer, places to stay offsite?

There are a few newer places but they are quite a bit further away. There is a townhouse community being built across from Windsor Hills but none seem to have pools. I have heard that Windsor Hills is going to be remodeling the pool at the resort to include multiple water slides, a new hot tub and a large water park for kids. I haven't heard any further details on the expansion.
