We have not been able to login for days. We even tried on a couple computers.

no, I've been having no trouble with my own or my DD's account. That's odd that it is happening on more than one computer.

I was just able to get on. It too a looooooong time, but I got in!

If you can't get in try not just clearing cache, but history as well.

We've been able to get on, but it is very slow and kicks you off often...
