Is WDW still using the same ticket designs?

When my family & I are at WDW in August we are planning on purchasing brand new 7 Day Park Hopper passes with the no experiation at Downtown Disney Guest Relations. Anyway I was wondering is WDW still selling the passes that say the Happiest Celebration On Earth & is it possible to request a specific ticket? If so my choice would be to ticket with Soarin. So if anyone can answer this I would appreciate it.

I was just there and I got an Expedition Everest ticket and my friend got one for Lights motors action - I think these are the same ones you are talking about

last year when I got my daughter's ticket - I asked for a Cinderellabration one and they gave her one!

Yup those are the ones I was talking about & thanks for the information. Just talking about them makes me wish I was leaving right now for WDW, however I can wait until August.

No, You cannot ask for a specific image on your ticket. The Cast Member at Guest Relations does not even know what image is going to spit out next. They are on a huge roll, and are printed and cut for each and every ticket individually. The rolls are somewhat randomized, so to get a certain image, a ticket would have to be reprinted possibly up to 5-6 times, wasting very expensive ticket stock.

So the answer is no, you pretty much get what ever spits out.

We have tried to get specific tickets before and haven't been able to. Then there were times we just tried to avoid certain designs and they couldn't do that either.
