Can you get free valet parking if you are staying at a Disney Collection hotel on points? I'm guessing not, but just wanted to double check. Thanks!

you valet parking for free even if you aren't staying on WDW property - or you could.

it on DVC member card - not your ID (key)

Only if the hotel is a DVC property. So you can free valet park at VWL, or BCV but would not be able to at say GF.

If you get a Tables in Wonderland card (the discounted dining card) you can free valet park if you are dining, so could for example valet park at the GF.

Presumably we will be able to valet park at CRH when BLT opens :) (until they amend this rule too).

Halo you are so correct

you can valet park at BWV, BCV, VWL and AKV

OKW and SSR does not need valet parking - you can park next to your villa.

with TiW - you need to be dinning - you must show a receipt to the valet parking not to be charged.

Just note that you need to be an annual passholder or Florida resident to be able to purchase the Tables in Wonderland card which allows free valet at any Disney hotel that has valet as long as you are there to dine at the hotel.

As to being able to valet park free at Contemporary as a DVC member once BLT is open, that will likely be the case. Of course, as noted "until they amend this rule too." They do have a barrier to taking that away. The reason we have free valet at a DVC resort is because part of dues go to paying for the service (employee salaries, etc.) at the DVC resort, i.e., it is not really "free" and if they also made you pay for the service when you parked, it could be deemed double charging you for the service.

Yes you need to be dining, but I have never been asked to show a receipt - I must just have an honest face :lmao: .

thanks you guys. We are staying at the Grand Californian hotel and so for now it looks like we'll have to park our own car across the street. No biggie!
