Is Universal Orlando disability-friendly?

My guess is someone who doesn’t need a wheelchair full/part time who’s only using one to cut the lines.

Are there really any attractions that this makes a difference? I haven't done Universal with anyone using a mobility device, but at WDW it was no advantage at all for most of the attractions. For some attractions it was a longer wait, and only once did we get on quickly. I think the days of "wheelchair abuse" are gone.
