Is there anything there seniors (60's) would really enjoy?
If so, what? If so, is one day enough?
thanks

It depends on your likes and dislikes. I'm over 50 and I LOVE Universal. If you enjoy wonderful theming, great attractions, good entertainment, lively atmosphere, good restaurants, fun people, etc., then Universal is for you regardless of age.

This is my 8th trip to Orlando - I'm now 44 :bounce:

Travelling for the third time with 'extended' family - Sister-in-law with two kids 5 & 7 plus parent-in-laws 60 & 67. F-I-L is blind - and US is his, and my, favourite park :jester:

Too young - yes it is ....................for the under 30's :p :p :p

NO, honestly - US is a great day out :Pinkbounc

My parents who are in their 70's LOVE Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. They enjoy almost everything at Universal Studios: Men In Black, Terminator, ET, Jaws, etc. - everything, really. They even tried Back to the Future, which my father probably didn't need to do due to lower back problems. They had a great time at IOA, too. They LOVED Spiderman and Jurassic Park River Adventure. My father rode on Ice of Dueling Dragons and did fine. They enjoyed Poseidon and Cat in the Hat. They even got to the park early and rode Pterantodon Flyers which nearly scared my mother to death!

They also liked to sit and "people watch".

They enjoyed staying onsite at the Hard Rock Hotel with Express priviledges and the hotel's close proximity to the parks, particularly Universal Studios. They didn't have to stand in line for long periods of time and could easily return to their room for an afternoon rest.

They talk constantly about going back.

These parks are for all ages.

I wouldn't consider myself young, (not ONE WORD, Barry HOM! ) and I can't get ENOUGH of Universal. :p

Universal Studios offers lots of shows and non ride type features that you can truly enjoy.

As for "one day", it's NEVER enough time to get the complete gist of the parks. One day per park is the least I'd advise.
