Is Tutto Italia worth the cost?

Our dinner at Tutto in September was one of the best we've had on WDW property. Not quite Jiko good, but was close or better than our experience at Cali Grill. We had a good server, which can make all the difference, but enjoyed our Apps, Entrees, and Desserts a lot.

We love eating at Tutto and ate there twice on our last trip at the beginning of December. We were on the CP package so our dinner was two credits and we thought it was so worth it from appitizer to dessert. We tried several times after that to switch one of our other dinners around so we could go back for dinner, but they were totally booked the rest of the time we were there. We did get to have lunch there on the last day we were there. We ate at the cafe outside, which is first come first serve. Again, the meal was wonderful. We paid OOP for that and it was worth every penny to us. Our service was great for both meals.

Worst meal I've ever had at WDW. Sent back our entrees and reordered. Server claimed no one else in the history of the restaurant had ever done that. Chef Boyardee is better! Manager refunded our payment, and apologized for the rudeness of his server. This was in May 2009.

Wow! Those entrees must have been really bad! Could you please say which entrees you needed to return so we can avoid them?

I didn't know that they had the first come, first serve option. This is great to hear in case we do decide to try it.

I must say that the review that was linked to up above was great. The pics of the food looked incredible.

Reading so many negative reviews are rather shocking. We went last June for 10 days on the dining plan and ate there and also Narcoosees, Les Chefs de France, LeCellier, Coral Reef, Cape May Clam Bake, etc. and hands down TI was by far our favorite meal!

Lunch is less expensive and the food has been great on all our visits.
