Is TSMM open during WOC?

I have heard conflicting infomration as to whether Toy Story is open during WOC? SOme say this is the best time to ride this ride and you can pretty much walk on. But I have heard others say it gets closed down with the rest of Paradise Pier.
What have you guys found to be true?
We are hoping to avoid the night crowds of Fantasmic, parades, WOC, and fireworks and are trying to find a place to "hide out"

As of about a year ago, it was open during WoC, however I didn't find the line to be short like others reported. The line stayed about the same, though it was nice to be able to watch the backside of WoC while waiting. The exception, of course, would be for those nights when WoC is scheduled after the park is technically closed, in which case all rides would be shut down (or at least not allowing people to enter the queue).
