No, it isn't. They accept only the premium and platinum plans.

You can go to landrysseafood.com to see a menu for T-Rex as it is one of their brands to find out how much it will be outside the DDP.

Trex nor the Rainforest restaurants are part of the Disney basic or deluxe DPs.
