Is Tomorrowland open during EE?

I always thought that only Fantasyland was open for EE (with the exception of Buzz & the Matterhorn). But recently I've been reading threads that say Tomorrowland is open for EE. Is this right? And are all Tomorrowland rides open? Anyone?

According to the sheet the GCH gave me, Fantasyland attractions are open, store locations and Buzz, Space Mountain and the Monorail. We also rode Astro Obitor during EE last Monday and Tuesday. I seem to recall that Star Tours was also open but that may have been after 8:00 when the park officially opened. Also, it seemed that Casey Jr. Circus Train was not usually up and running during EE, no idea why.

And I may be wrong but I believe the Matterhorn is actually located in Fantasyland, not Tomorrowland. Either way its open because we rode it during EE last Monday.

It is my understanding that Casey Jr is typically not open during EE. Typical FantasyLand rides NOT open during EE are:

Casey Jr RR
StoryBookLand Canal Boats
Small World

Unless one plans to skip FantasyLand altogether or has multiple EE days, it is best to not go to TomorrowLand during EE - except maybe for Astro Orbiter if it is open. Space Mtn and Buzz are FP rides, and Space Mtn even thru standby will suck up at least 15 minutes of your precious EE time. It is better to grab FastPasses for these and come back when the lines everywhere are long. Note that the FP machines are not open during EE, so if you want to get a FP for Space Mtn (usually the most popular FP ride at DL) then you cannot do so until EE ends. When we did EE last summer I was at the Space Mtn FP machine right when they opened.
