Is today "Friday" for anyone else?

I'll be getting off in about an hour for a 3 day weekend! Tomorrow is "Good Friday" and it's a holiday for us. I'm thinking about going to see "The Passion" with DH and DS. The clock can't move fast enough for me here! I hope everyone has a very enjoyable and blessed Easter holiday.

I take Good Friday off. I sing in our church choir, so I will be at church about 2 hours tonight, about 3 tomorrow, and about 5 on Sunday. Sunday afternoon our family just crashes (kids have Monday off, too [no snow days this year!]

I'm sleeping in, picking up the Easter ham and then DH are having lunch and spending the rest of the day together.

Actually its a 4-day weekend for him. I am always amazed by that!

All the regular 3 day weekends he gets a 4 day weekend. One of the few perks to his job.

Unfortunately I keep thinking today IS friday and to top it off I thought all day yesterday was thursday too. This has been the longest week.

Me too! DD has no school tomorrow (in lieu of a school-scheduled snow day the school systen didn't have to use this winter. Ditto for Mon.!) DS's birthday is Sat., so I will still be busy getting everything ready for the party. After a very busy weekend of birthdays and other family Easter gatherings, I will probably be ready to drop on Mon.

My public school doesn't have tomorrow off, but I heard over 180 teachers requested the day off, and many students aren't going to school. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them Sucks since I'm Catholic, and actually is a religious holiday of mine, whereas those who don't celebrate the Christian faith take the day off, just because it's an excuse for the day off.
