No Tiana's is not open during that time.

Early Entry is only open for Tomorrowland and Fantasyland

From what I read earlier somewhere on here Tron is not yet open for Early Entry.

Space Mountain/7 Dwarfs or Peter Pan is what I would go to during Early Entry.

The Dwarfs line can get super long later in the day and this way you won't have to pay for an ILL

And based on my experience this week also it's really either/or for 7DMT and Peter Pan. I was towards the front of the crowd but still waited about 25 minutes for 7DMT on a Tuesday when the Touring Plans crowd expectation was 2. I got on Peter Pan right after but it was more than 30 minutes already. Space Mountain was a walk on later in the day so that would have been a waste. I didn't think early entry at MK was particularly worth it. Marginally better at HS to get on Slinky Dog.
