Is Tiana still in New Orleans Square??

Anybody know if she's still found there, or will we have to try our luck at the princess faire? Maybe she joined the crew at Ariel's Grotto??

I've seen her singing with a band in New Orleans Square (and occasionally signing autographs between songs), and I think she makes appearances at Princess Faire too. Not sure about Ariel's Grotto.
