Is Three Broomsticks open to Public for breakfast?

I know there was a HP package that had a breakfast at Three Broomsticks. Have they opened to the Public for breakfast yet?

No, it's still reservation only. Lunch is open though. It starts at 1130am but it was suggested we get there at 10.
